Reporting to the Head of Legal, Compliance & Domiciliation the candidate will be part of the Legal Team, with a main focus on investment fund and corporate related legal matters.

Main responsibilities

Advise on the set-up, lifecycle and liquidation of various UCITS and alternative investment fund structures in Luxembourg, including the drafting and review of fund offering documentation, circular resolutions, notices to shareholders and liaison with the CSSF.
Draft, review and negotiate various types of agreements with customers and delegates as well as with third party providers.
Advise on corporate and day-to-day legal matters in relation to Adepa Group entities and corporate structures of customers.
Monitor and analyze new law and regulations applicable to Adepa Group and its customers.
Establish and enhance the implementation of standard documentation, processes and procedures in line with best practices in corporate governance.

Technical skills

Master degree in Law with a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in a law firm, management company or investment fund service provider in Luxembourg.
Profound understanding of Luxembourg investment fund structures and related law and regulations.
Proficient in English (written and oral). Professional use of other languages such as French, Spanish and/or Italian will be highly considered.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) with the ability to learn other relevant systems and a flair for new technologies.
