We are currently looking to recruit a corporate lawyer of at least 5 years of experience to join our Corporate Team in Luxembourg.

Candidate Summary

  • You have minimum a Master 2 in a field of business Law, 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Law in Luxembourg,
  • You are ideally already qualified at the Luxembourg bar,
  • You are solution-oriented, conscientious and you provide a high-standard work, 
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills,
  • You have a perfect knowledge of both oral and written English and French,
  • An outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency are qualities we highly value.

The Opportunity

  • You will be involved in high profile transactions, in direct contact with external parties in representation of the law firm;
  • You will be providing advice to clients on a variety of legal issues branching from corporate law,
  • You will manage and supervise Junior Associates,
  • You will integrate the Corporate practice group and be expected to actively contribute to the knowledge sharing through the Firm worldwide.
